    Leaburg, Oregon – 2006

This building was carefully designed and located to fit into the historically zoned site. The building form and details were designed to resemble the local agrarian style and minimize ground disturbance. The garage is open on opposite sides so that vehicles can drive-through.

    Ashland, Oregon – 2001

This project for the City of Ashland, was the conversion of a former Shriner’s Temple into a city office facility known as the Community Development and Engineering Services Building. The project involved a complete interior renovation and a major addition. The site is on Winburn Way, opposite the City’s Lithia Park, and at the south end of the Calle Guanajuato, a park along Ashland Creek. For our work on the project, The City of Ashland Historic Commission presented us with an award for “Outstanding contribution for the preservation, restoration, and maintenance of Ashland’s historic resources.”
